The Info Session takes place either on site in your area or digitally. It lasts a maximum of one hour.

Questions about the tenant electricity contract

What is tenant electricity?

Tenant electricity is electricity generated on site, typically from solar panels on the roof of your building. You can then purchase the electricity directly.

Do I have to technically convert my home?

No, nothing will change for you in terms of the power supply or installation.

Is tenant electricity really more affordable?

Yes, as there are no grid fees and levies, the tariff is usually cheaper than conventional electricity tariffs. And you are also doing something good for the environment.

Can I switch at any time?

Yes, participation is voluntary and you can switch to another provider at any time if you are not satisfied. However, we would be delighted if you remain loyal to your tenant electricity and thus do something good for the environment in the long term.

Does it affect my rent?

No, there are no hidden costs. The investment in the solar system does not have a negative impact on your rent. On the contrary: it is quite possible that your utility bill will also be reduced in addition to your electricity costs. So you save twice.

How does billing work?

Billing is transparent and uncomplicated – just like with your current electricity supplier. The bill is usually sent digitally by e-mail and can also clearly be viewed in your tenant app.

Is my power supply safe?

Yes, if the tenant’s electricity is not sufficient, electricity from the public grid is automatically supplemented. You can rest assured.
